You have to choose among four types of companion websites. If you want to:

1. Complete Companion Website
Replicability score: 

If you want to spread your research and make it replicable, you need to create a complete companion website.
Users can upload their own data and the code will run on the RunMyCode cloud computer.
Note that your computer code must be written in MatlabĀ®, R, or WinRats.

2. Anonymous Companion Website
Replicability score: 

If you want to submit your paper to a journal, you can also create an anonymous version of your companion website.
You can send the URL of the anonymous companion website to the journal along with the pdf file of your paper.

3. Code-Only Companion Website
Replicability score: 
If you only want to make your computer code downloadable (but not executable), you can create a code-only companion website.
Users will be able to download your code and run it on their own computers.
Note that if your code is not written in MatlabĀ®, R, Fortran or WinRats, you can only create a code-only companion website.
