Description

The accompanied software tools were created to let interested users compute the underlying signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) given the magnitude SNR in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies. These tools were developed in two separate publications, see the cited references. Please refer to the software website (URL: https://sites.google.com/site/hispeedpackets/Home/m ) to learn more about the tool. To run the software, simply use the following command line "java -jar SNRAnalysisI.jar" if you are interested in HI-SPEED SNR Analysis I or "java -jar SNRAnalysisII.jar" if you are interested in HI-SPEED SNR Analysis II. Please do visit the software site to learn about these two different tools. Cited reference: Koay CG. Analytically exact spiral scheme for generating uniformly distributed points on the unit sphere.
