Description

crevasseDetection.m: main script, executing the crevasse orientation estimation. T35...B02.tif: Sentinel-2 image over the Basin-3 glacier. T35...MSK.tif: image highlighting the areas in the image which will not be used in the estimation (typically clouds or water). radoNan.m: NaN-resistant Radon transform. radonIce.m: function to detect crevasse orientation in a small template. relaxLabelling.m: function to order the estimated orientations into a spatially smooth field. vecComp.m: subfunction used by the relaxLabelling function.
